The most interesting leadership challenges are the ones that don't fit neatly into existing frameworks.

Whole-of-enterprise transformation. Programmes that cut across politics, culture and operations simultaneously. Change that has to land at the front line, not just in the strategy deck.

I work with executives and senior leaders taking on exactly that kind of complexity — as a trusted partner who has been in similar rooms, knows what it takes to make real progress, and is here to get it done.

What makes this different?

I've relished 20 years looking at organisations from unusual angles.

As a member of an executive team in national telecoms infrastructure. On manufacturing floors in China, Brazil, Mexico and Hungary. Inside two of Australia's largest universities during whole-of-institution transformation. With ASX-listed companies navigating compliance crises and system overhauls. In the CBD boardrooms of mid-sized banks. A kilometre underground in a gold mine in the Tanami Desert.

Complex change doesn't respect sector boundaries. Neither do I.

What I actually do

  • Senior advisory or embedded lead on complex programmes — whole of enterprise change, programme governance, stakeholder alignment, service design. Remote-capable, nationally available.

  • One-to-one thinking partnership for leaders navigating complexity, or facilitated sessions that move executive teams (or senior leaders) from stuck to decided.

  • Working with your internal teams so that change sticks after I leave — not just while I'm there. Includes coaching change managers and project leads.
